1. Custom Design Request
The 3D cake designer is a planning and visualization tool. Colors, proportions, decorations, finishes, and placement shown in the preview are estimates. The finished handmade cake may have reasonable differences caused by ingredient availability, lighting, screen settings, cake structure, and the decorator’s professional judgment.
2. Order Review and Final Price
Saving or submitting a design does not by itself confirm an order. Pastry Peeps’s will review the requested size, flavors, decorations, date, delivery or pickup details, and structural requirements. The bakery will confirm availability and the final price before production begins. Complex or unsupported designs may require adjustments or an additional fee.
3. Allergy Warning — Please Read Carefully
Our cakes may contain or come into contact with:
- Milk and other dairy products
- Eggs
- Wheat and gluten
- Soy
- Peanuts and tree nuts
- Sesame and other food allergens
Products are prepared in a kitchen where these allergens are handled. We cannot guarantee that any cake is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Customers with a severe or life-threatening allergy should not rely only on customization labels and must speak directly with the bakery before ordering or consuming a product.
4. Dietary and Ingredient Requests
Requests such as egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, vegan, halal, or reduced-sugar are requests only until the bakery confirms them in writing. “Free-from” recipes may still be prepared in a shared kitchen. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate allergy and dietary information for everyone who may eat the cake.
5. Decorations and Non-Edible Items
Some cake supports, dowels, boards, wires, toppers, ribbons, picks, or decorative pieces may not be edible. The customer is responsible for ensuring that these items are removed before serving and that children are supervised. Decoration placement may be changed when needed for food safety, stability, transport, or presentation.
6. Images, Text, and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have permission to use any names, messages, images, logos, characters, or other material included in your request. The bakery may decline content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, or unsuitable for production.
7. Pickup, Delivery, Storage, and Handling
Once a cake is collected or delivered, proper handling becomes the customer’s responsibility. Keep the cake level, protected from direct sunlight and heat, and stored according to the bakery’s instructions. The bakery is not responsible for damage caused after handoff by unsafe transport, improper storage, late collection, weather, or third-party handling.
8. Changes, Cancellation, and Timing
Changes are subject to approval, ingredient availability, production progress, and additional charges. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling eligibility will follow the bakery’s stated order policy. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until the bakery confirms them.
9. Customer Confirmation
By continuing, you confirm that you are authorized to place this request, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you understand the allergy and cross-contact warning. You agree to review the final order details supplied by the bakery before payment or production.
